Server Rules
Clear, fair rules that make Nexus SMP a great place for everyone. Ignorance is not an excuse.
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or slurs of any kind. Treat people like people. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia. Hate speech results in an immediate permanent ban. Common sense applies: if it's meant to hurt someone, don't say it.
No NSFW content, graphic imagery, or offensive language. Keep the environment clean for everyone. This applies to chat, Discord, signs, item names, and builds. Explicit content will be removed without warning.
No repeated messages, character flooding, excessive emoji, or unnecessary @mentions. Do not promote other Discord servers, YouTube channels, or send suspicious links without staff approval.
Take conflicts to DMs or open a ticket. Airing grievances in public chat or arguing with staff decisions in the open will lead to a mute. We want a positive environment for all players.
Using Wurst, Meteor, or any mod/client that gives combat or movement advantages is an instant ban with no warnings. If you have a client or a mod that you're not sure about, create a ticket.
Entity radars, minimap tracking, pie charts, freecam, and cave finders are all banned. Any texture pack or mod that reveals ores or players underground (Xray) results in an immediate permanent ban.
Using vanilla bugs or plugin glitches for unfair advantages is forbidden. If you find a bug, report it to staff you may be rewarded for helping us improve the server.
Do not kill players who are actively building within 150 blocks of spawn
unless they attack you first. Take fights to the pvp arena or prefferably
further away from spawn.
No griefing, random block placing, cobble-monstering, or destruction at or near spawn. Stealing or altering builds without permission is a permanent ban. Everything is logged.
Exchanging in-game items, currency, or accounts for real-world money results in a permanent ban with no appeal, ever. Support the server only through official channels.
Scamming is allowed as long as it does not include real world money, server ranks or other real world items. Do not trust anyone!
No duplicate tickets or suggestions. Search before submitting. Repeats get closed immediately. Use the right channels for support; off-topic content gets deleted without warning. Account responsibility is yours alone.
Received a ban you think was unfair?
We take every appeal seriously. Join the Discord and open a ban appeal ticket. Provide your username, the reason given, and your side of the story. Staff review all appeals within 48 hours.
