Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

1. All Sales Are Final

Because all ranks and perks are digital consumables delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are strictly final.

EU/UK Users: Under Directive 2011/83/EU, by completing a purchase or typing "I AGREE" in a ticket, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you permanently waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Direct Host Donations (BisectHosting) & Ko-fi

Donations made directly to our server host (BisectHosting) or via Ko-fi go straight toward keeping the server online. Because these funds do not pass through standard merchant accounts, they are strictly non-refundable.

3. Manual & Non-Reversible Payments

Payments made manually via Discord Tickets using UPI, Cryptocurrency, or Digital Gift Cards are 100% non-refundable and non-reversible.

  • We are not responsible for funds lost due to sending crypto or UPI transfers to the wrong address/ID.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Warning: Opening a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal attempt through Stripe, your bank, or PayPal is strictly prohibited.

Doing so will result in:

  • An immediate and permanent ban from the Nexus SMP server and Discord.
  • Blacklisting of your IP, Discord ID, and Minecraft UUID from future purchases.
  • Reporting of your account to shared global Minecraft ban lists.
